Questions you might have
My staff won't remember to ask.
This is the biggest risk, and it's the most common reason loyalty cards fail. That's why we train your staff in person and come back to check. Adding a stamp takes one tap, and once a few customers have the card, they usually ask for it themselves.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already on their phones. They scan your QR code, enter their name and number, and tap once. It takes about ten seconds, and there's no password.
What about iPhones?
Yes. Streak works with Apple Wallet on iPhone and Google Wallet on Android, so every customer can get a card.
Can my staff give themselves free coffee?
They could always give a friend a free coffee. The difference is that now there's a record. Every stamp shows who gave it, each staff member has their own PIN, and a card can't be stamped twice within three hours. You can see what's happening and decide what to do.
Who can see my customer list?
Only you. Staff can see customer names on the counter screen, so they can stamp someone whose phone won't scan. They can't see phone numbers or sales. We don't sell or share your list, and you can ask for a copy any time.
What happens if I stop paying?
There's no contract. The cards stay on your customers' phones but stop collecting stamps. Just tell us you're done.
