Terms of use

Streak provides digital loyalty cards to shops. The loyalty programme on your card belongs to the shop you joined: Streak runs the technology, the shop runs the programme.

• The shop decides what earns a stamp, how many stamps a reward needs, what the rewards are, and any offers and their conditions.
• The shop can change or end its programme. Where it can, it should tell cardholders first, for example with a message to the card.
• Rewards are given by the shop, and the shop is responsible for them and for its products and service. Questions about a reward go to the shop.

• Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• They belong to you and cannot be sold, transferred or combined with another card.
• One card per person per shop.
• Staff give stamps for qualifying purchases at the shop. A stamp given by mistake, or obtained by misuse, can be cancelled.
• Offers may have time limits, minimum spends or one-use limits, which the shop sets.

• The card is free for cardholders.
• It needs a wallet app on your phone: Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet where available.
• Keep it on your phone and show it when you order. If you lose it or change phones, ask the shop.
• The shop may send messages and offers to your card. You can turn off the card's notifications in your wallet settings, or remove the card at any time.

Please do not:

• sign up with someone else's details, or create cards you will not use;
• copy, alter or tamper with a card or its barcode;
• try to access parts of Streak that are not meant for you, or overload it with automated requests.

We may cancel cards or block access that break these rules.

We work to keep Streak running, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or have errors. Google Wallet and Apple Wallet are run by Google and Apple, and we do not control them.

As far as the law allows, Streak is not responsible for a shop's rewards, products or decisions, or for losses caused by the card being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Shops that use Streak have their own agreement with us. Where that agreement differs from these terms, it applies to the shop.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using your card after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
